We were supposed to go to some place out of town. Spend several days at a family friend’s villa.

But before that, I was supposed to meet Mr. George. Everyone left before me because I said I needed to change. But I took too long and they came back just as I was done. So I lied, saying I had stomach trouble and made a trip to the toilet.

The next day, the trip to Gadog. In the middle of the freeway the road disappeared! It was flooded. All other cars charged through. All the way till the top of the cars were level with the water.

We charged on too.
